What you'll do
As an HVAC Technician at Quality Home Heating & Air, you'll install, service, and repair residential comfort systems across Southeastern Massachusetts — and you'll do it with the quality and care that's earned us 260+ five-star reviews.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, boilers, central AC, heat pumps, and mini splits
- Install new high-efficiency systems to manufacturer spec and local code
- Deliver honest, friendly service that makes homeowners glad they called us
- Keep your truck, paperwork, and installs clean and professional
- Work close to home — we serve the South Shore & South Coast, not the whole state
What we're looking for
- EPA 608 certification (or willing to earn it — we'll help)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1+ years of residential HVAC experience — or strong mechanical aptitude and the right attitude
- Pride in your work and a customer-first mindset
- Dependable, honest, and ready to be part of a team
